Electrically Conductive Materials

Circuit board manufacturers often require electrically conductive materials. MG Chemicals offers various options, including solder wire (leaded, non-leaded, no-clean, and water-soluble) for component attachment. Electrically conductive epoxy adhesives are used for cold soldering and other applications like die attach, trace stenciling, and EMI shielding. MG also provides electrically conductive grease (carbon-based or low-cost silver) for applications requiring electrical conduction and lubrication.
