Critical Environment Ultra-clean Ionizing Bars
Our ultra-clean products for critical environments have been meticulously engineered to operate within the stringent ISO 14644 Class 1 standards, which pertain to the control of 0.1 µm particles. Additionally, they adhere to our proprietary Extended ISO Class 1 standard, which is a derivation of ISO 14644-1, specifically tailored for smaller particle sizes. This extrapolation is based on the same formula used to establish the existing ISO 14644-1 class limits. When extrapolated, it allows for a maximum of 1200 particles/m3 (or 34 particles/ft3) sized at 0.01 micron and larger. These ultra-clean ionizers are the ideal choice for manufacturing and testing environments demanding the most rigorous control over airborne contaminants
